Juggling A Career And Family - 843 Words

Juggling a career and family can be tedious sometimes. Whether you are the head of the household or a stay at home parent. Juggling family with anything is tedious and sometimes stressful. If you have multiple children, you have to tend to everyone’s wants and needs as well as your spouse. Do not forget about yourself. Some people forget to take care of themselves when juggling family and a career. I am going to write about different strategies to juggling a career and family at once. Distribution of household chores Growing up chores were mandatory, especially if you wanted to do something. We all have chores according to our strengths. Since I was youngest child I had to unload the dishwasher, put the dishes away, mop and sweep the kitchen. My brother was the oldest so he was in charge of cleaning the bathrooms (due to using harsh chemicals). My sister was in charge of cleaning the hallways and living rooms. My mom was very particular about how things should be done. Sometimes she would go back over whatever we did, just in case. My mom always wanted to detail the kitchen. She cleaned the oven, microwave, refrigerator, and put together my mop water. We always had to make sure our personal spaces were cleaned by the weekend in order for us to do things. Another challenge of this is that the company has to define the synchronization and integration of the business processes and systems as well as harmonizing operations among the enterprise itself, customers, vendors, suppliers, and distributors. The conventional e-procurement is identified as a complex and unintuitive user interface which is challenging to operate the businesses globally (Purchasing and Production Center, 2014).
